Like most people, I have my good days and my bad days. On my bad days my mind feels clouded and I'm unable to see things clearly. Years of therapy helped with this but still wasn't able to listen to my head and heart and see things clearly. Until I met Zen Jen. Her Energy healing sessions have literally changed my life. When my heart and head compete and I need clarity I know Jenny is there to help me find it. I've had healing sessions with her in person and over the phone and the euphoric feeling of truly being able to separate your thoughts and emotions and see things clearly is just as strong and beautiful each time. My relationship with my fiancé, friends and family have transformed in beautiful ways with Jenny's help in healing my energy and helping me sort out my thoughts and follow my heart on my journey.

Massage was something I understood and appreciated on a simple level. If I felt stress or pain, getting in to see Zen Jen is step one. She's always been a healing force in my life and helped me through some rough waters. Recent events caused me to feel overwhelming fear and personal weakness. Coupled with muscle spasms I went to see Jen. After talking about what was going on she gently offered energy healing. I Just want to say that I came out the other side giggling about the fear filled me I'd been. And several days past that experience I'm still there fully. Jen is a healer. She's intuitive, judgement free, kind and aware, and is another being who helps me to be my better self. So grateful to have her and her healing practice on my team.

I have had a chronic aching pain in my right shoulder/neck/upper back area for over 6 months. I tried many things to relieve the pain including improving my posture when working and driving, and using a backpack instead of a shoulder bag for work. I went to the doctor and he suggested that I see a massage therapist. After trying a few massage therapists at a chain massage business and having no relief, I went to see Jenny. Today (one day after my massage) is the first day in months that I have no pain. Jenny is very skilled at what she does and even provides education on how your mind and body influence one another. I will definitely be going back!

I have had numerous massages from other therapists and Jenny has been by far the most in tune with my body and muscles and what they need. I've had terrible knots between my shoulder blades for most of my adult life that many therapists have noticed and worked on, but only Jenny's care was able to work them out. It's been three weeks since my session with her and the knots are still gone. I can't remember the last time I've gone this long without back pain. Her caring and welcoming demeanor and environment truly allow for deep relaxation and healing.
